Upon request I can provide clients with a superbill that shows a receipt for sessions and payments. Clients will pay in full for each session, but can then submit this superbill to their insurance company for partial or full reimbursement, depending on their plan. Rate

$135 per 55 minute session

Payment

All major credit cards can be accepted as a form of payment. Included in the intake forms will be a credit card authorization form where you can allow me to safely store a card – charging the card only after each session. It is required for all clients to have a card on file, to comply with late-cancellation/no-show policies.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise you may be charged $50 for a late cancel fee.
